We are both members of the Toronto Real Estate Board, as well as the Quinte Board. These memberships give us full access to all of the listings in both areas and allow us to keep up-to-date on both markets.

Prior to joining Chestnut Park, I was Executive Vice President of The Marketing Directors, Inc. an internationally recognized Real Estate Marketing and Sales firm based in New York City. I learned the ins and outs of the art and science of selling and marketing real estate through hands on experience, managing multi-million dollar projects on behalf of real estate developers.

Laurie Gruer
Since 1993, I have been a real estate sales representative with Chestnut Park Real Estate, Toronto's pre-eminent boutique brokerage. This is now my 28th year in the industry, during which time I have been a consistent winner of both the President's Award and the Chairman's Award for sales achievement. It's a business I still love for its variety, its challenges and for the many opportunities to meet new people. After all these years, I'm lucky that most new clients come to me by referral from past satisfied clients.
In 2001, I bought a weekend property in Prince Edward County. Since then, I have enjoyed becoming involved in the real estate market here as well and I am delighted to be a part of our new office in Picton.
